WE'RE HIRING | US PAYROLL SPECIALIST – PUNE. Are you experienced in US Payroll Processing & Wage Garnishments? We're looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in US Payroll + Garnishments to join our team in Pune. Experience: 4+ Years. Location: Pune. Role: US Payroll Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end US Payroll Processing across multiple states – weekly/bi-weekly & monthly, Handle Wage Garnishments as per federal and state regulations, Process legal/severance/final & missing pay, Audit payroll data for accuracy and authenticity, Resolve employee payroll queries and concerns, Manage high-volume/multi-state payroll operations. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of hands-on US Payroll experience, Strong experience in Wage Garnishments – Mandatory, Experience with multi-state US Payroll, Knowledge of US payroll laws and compliance, Experience with ADP/Workday/PeopleSoft or similar payroll systems, Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables, Bachelor's degree required.
