We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Account Payable Specialist to join our GCC Enabling Functions (EF) team in Chennai. The role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll-to-GL reconciliation, accounts payable, vendor invoice processing, payment runs, employee expense reimbursements, and month-end close support. Key Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, Strong Accounts Payable experience including 3-way matching and payment runs, Payroll-to-GL reconciliation and statutory deductions, Knowledge of tax/withholding and social-security compliance, Experience managing payroll vendors and employee/vendor queries, Strong attention to detail/controls and audit readiness, Experience in GCC/Shared Services/MNC environments would be an advantage.
