The short version of the rules. Not legal advice — have a lawyer adapt this before running a live service.
Using the site
- Accounts are free. One account per person; do not share credentials.
- Contact details are for your own job search or your own hiring. Redistributing, reselling, publishing or bulk-collecting them is not permitted.
- Automated access — scraping, crawling for contact data, scripted reveals, or working around the daily allowance with multiple accounts — is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate suspension.
- Do not use contacts obtained here to send marketing or unsolicited bulk email. Recruiters publish them to hear from candidates about the specific role.
Listings
- Listings are supplied by employers and recruiters. We do not verify every company, salary figure or contact, and salary bands marked as estimates are indicative only.
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy of what they post and must have the right to publish the contact details they supply.
- We may edit, close or remove any listing, and suspend any account, at our discretion.
No fees, and a warning about those who charge them
GetJob never charges jobseekers or employers, and no one acting for GetJob will ever ask you for a payment, a deposit, bank details or original documents. Anyone who does is not connected to this site — stop, keep the message, and report it to support@getjob.sbs.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. We do not guarantee that a listing is current, that a role exists, or that a contact will reply, and we are not party to anything that happens between you and an employer. Nothing here is employment or legal advice.
