WE ARE HIRING | Executive / Sr. Executive – Payroll. We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to join our team in Gurgaon / Manesar. Location: Gurgaon & Manesar. Experience: 4+ Years. CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA. Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Plant experience is a must. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Independently handle payroll for 500+ employees, PF & ESIC processing and compliance, PF/ESIC challan preparation and submission, Gratuity calculation and compliance, LWF compliance, Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll processing and statutory compliance, Good understanding of plant/manufacturing HR processes, Working knowledge of Smart Office software. Candidate Profile: 4+ years of relevant payroll experience, Strong experience in manufacturing/plant environment, Proven experience handling payroll for 500+ employees, Strong knowledge of statutory payroll compliance, Good coordination and analytical skills.
