We're Hiring: US Payroll Specialist | Pune. Are you an experienced US Payroll professional with strong expertise in multi-state payroll, garnishments, and payroll audits? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Pune! Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states, Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and authenticity, Process legal/severance/final and missing pay, Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws, Address employee payroll queries and resolve concerns promptly. Mandatory Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Payroll/garnishments or payroll audits, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment, Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Skills: Experience with ADP/Workday/PeopleSoft or other US Payroll/HRIS platforms, Strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, Experience handling high-volume/multi-state US Payroll, Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
