Privacy notice
Plain description of what this site stores and why. Not legal advice — have a lawyer review this before you rely on it for a live service.
What we store about you
- Account: name, email address, optional phone, a hashed password, and your role.
- Jobseeker profile: headline, experience, skills, notice period and an optional PDF resume, all of which you supply and can edit.
- Security records: sign-in attempts, the IP address and browser used, trusted-device markers, and one-time codes (hashed).
- Activity: which contacts you opened and when, jobs you saved, applications you marked, and saved alerts.
Why we keep the contact-reveal log
Every time an account opens a recruiter contact we record the account, the listing, the time, the IP and the browser. This is what allows bulk harvesting to be spotted and stopped, and it is the reason recruiters are willing to publish direct contacts here at all. Those records are kept for 180 days.
Who sees what
- Recruiter contact details go only to signed-in, email-confirmed accounts, one listing at a time.
- Your profile and resume are visible to a company only for listings whose contact you have opened.
- Administrators can see account records and the audit trail in order to run the site.
- We do not sell personal data, and there is no advertising or third-party analytics on this site.
Cookies
Two, both first-party and functional: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and an optional trusted-device cookie if you ask us to skip two-step verification on a device for 30 days. No tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Edit or clear your profile at any time from your account pages.
