What the role covers

Clyptus Software Solutions is looking for experienced SAP HR / HCM professionals with strong Payroll expertise to join their team. Experience: 5–15 Years Location: India Employment: Full-Time / Project Opportunities Key Skills Required: - Strong SAP HR / HCM experience - Payroll experience in US / Canada / Mexico / Argentina / Latin America or other country payrolls - Hands-on experience in PCRs and Payroll Schemas - Time Schema knowledge is preferred but not mandatory - Strong knowledge of Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) - Experience in SAP HCM On-Premise & ECP - Good understanding of end-to-end Payroll processes - Experience in Year-End activities and HRSPs - Experience working on SAP HR support projects with SLA knowledge - Exposure to Agile tools such as Jira is preferred - Experience with data comparison tools is an added advantage Additional Requirements: - Experience with Personnel Actions and Dynamic Actions - Experience creating objects in OM - Understanding of organizational reporting and relationships - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work effectively in large and remote teams Important: Candidates with expertise in either Payroll or Time Management can be considered.
