Enroc IT Solutions is hiring experienced SAP HCM Payroll professionals with strong hands-on expertise in PCR & Schemas. Open Positions: Consultant | Sr. Consultant | Manager Key Requirements: - Experience: 5-15 years of SAP HR experience - Skills: SAP HCM / SAP Payroll / SAP ECP - Payroll: US / Canada / Mexico / Argentina / LATAM / International Payroll - Strong hands-on experience in Payroll PCRs & Schemas - Time Schema knowledge is preferred - Strong OM & PA knowledge - Experience in Payroll & Benefits is an added advantage - Experience in SAP HCM support / AMS projects - Knowledge of HRSPs, year-end activities, Time & Payroll calendars - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with large/remote teams - Jira / Agile experience is preferred Interested candidates can share their updated CV with Sandhya Chirakala.
