Location: Mumbai / Pune / Delhi-NCR (Onsite) Budget: ₹15 LPA - ₹18 LPA Experience: 5–6 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 15 Days Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) Key Skills Required: - SAP HCM Payroll - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - Payroll Schema & PCR - Wage Types - Retroactive Accounting & Off-cycle Payroll - India Payroll – PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, F&F - Employee Central → ECP Integration - Replication Framework / Compound Employee API - SAP CPI / Integration Suite - IDocs / Web Services / SFTP Interfaces - Payroll Testing – SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll & Reconciliation - End-to-End Payroll Implementation / Support Experience Good to have: US Payroll experience and Payroll Control Center (PCC).
