We're Hiring: SAP HCM Functional Payroll Consultant. Location: Remote. Employment Type: Contract. Experience: 10–15 Years. Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred. We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Payroll Consultant with strong, hands-on expertise in at least one specific country payroll. Key Requirements: 10+ years of overall SAP HCM Functional Payroll experience; 4–5+ years of hands-on expertise in at least one of the following country payrolls: Argentina, Chile, Czechia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland; alternatively, strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management; hands-on experience with Payroll Configuration, Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Processing Classes, and Cumulations; experience in payroll legal compliance, tax reporting, enhancements, AMS support, and troubleshooting; proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementations; knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules. Important: We prioritize candidates with deep, hands-on expertise in a specific country payroll rather than general SAP payroll experience.
