Experience: 10+ Years. Engagement: Freelancing / Contract Opportunity / Full-Time (FTE). Work Mode: Remote. Location: PAN India. Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred. Key Skills & Requirements: 10+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll; 4–5 years of hands-on experience in at least one specific country payroll; strong expertise in payroll configuration and payroll schemas; hands-on experience with Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and wage types; knowledge of processing classes, cumulations, and tax reporting; experience in country-specific payroll legal compliance and enhancements; experience in AMS support and full lifecycle implementations; strong payroll processing, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills; understanding of integration with other SAP HCM modules; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
