We're Hiring: Oracle HCM / Payroll SME (Offshore Support). Location: Remote. Experience: 5–8 years. Joining: Immediate. Notice Period: Immediate. Hiring Type: Contract to Hire. We're looking for an Offshore Oracle Payroll SME to be a key contributor to our HCM/Payroll workstream, supporting pre-implementation design and Oracle Payroll configuration across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Payroll configuration: payroll structures, pay plans, pay groups, pay codes, payroll calendars, assignments and relationships; support pre-implementation design workshops, document requirements and help define future-state payroll processes and configuration workbooks; perform payroll mapping and analysis, including UKG-to-Oracle payroll mapping, pay code mapping, pay element rationalization and impact validation; develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, functional specs and implementation artifacts; collaborate with conversion and integration teams; support payroll Key Design Decisions (KDDs), issue resolution and design consistency; build payroll test strategies, scenarios and scripts; participate in SIT, UAT and payroll validation; support defect triage, break-fix and solution validation; contribute to payroll parallel testing and payroll readiness planning; serve as secondary payroll lead. Qualifications: Deep functional and configuration experience with Oracle Payroll; minimum two full-lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementations (at least one U.S. payroll deployment preferred); strong knowledge of payroll setup, configuration, testing, processes, integrations and conversions; experience creating functional specs, configuration workbooks, test scripts and implementation documentation; ability to work independently while collaborating with functional, technical, conversion, integration and testing teams.
