We are hiring a seasoned Transformation Lead to define and deliver enterprise-scale digital and operational transformation for global HRO accounts! Location: Bangalore. Experience Required: 12–18 Years. Work Type: Full-time. Required Skills: 12–18 years of total experience with 5+ years dedicated to HRO transformation/operational excellence or continuous improvement, Deep domain expertise across end-to-end HRO processes (Payroll/Pensions & Benefits/Workforce Admin/Global Mobility/TA Screening and L&D) — UK geography exposure preferred, Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma/process reengineering/program governance and change management, Proven success deploying automation and AI-led solutions (RPA/workflow automation/analytics/GenAI) alongside platforms like Workday/ServiceNow/Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, Exceptional executive presence/consultative mindset and senior client stakeholder management skills.
