We are Hiring! Join Our Team at RSS! Are you an HR professional with a strong background in statutory compliance and payroll? RSS (Resonix Sustainable Solutions Group) is looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Executive to join our Solar O&M division! Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. Industry: Solar O&M. Experience Required: 2–3 Years. What We Are Looking For: 2–3 years of dedicated experience in HR Compliance, In-depth knowledge of PF/ESIC/PT & Labour Compliance, Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and payroll, Proven experience in maintaining employee and site-wise statutory records, Excellent communication and coordination skills. Core Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Handle PF/ESIC and Professional Tax (PT) payments/timely filings and compliance tracking. Payroll Operations: Prepare accurate monthly payrolls in Excel incorporating attendance/leaves/OT and deductions. Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain site-wise statutory registers as per applicable Labour Laws. Site Coordination: Liaise with site teams for data collection and support audit/inspection documentation.
