We're Hiring | HR Payroll & Shared Services. We are looking for an HR professional to join our team and take ownership of key responsibilities across HR Payroll & Shared Services. Location: Gurgaon. Experience: 3 years minimum. Key Responsibilities – HR Payroll: Attendance coordination and policy validation, Monthly attendance compilation from KEKA and payroll penalty data validation, Leave balance and leave policy validation, Payroll-wise salary hold list preparation/eligibility validation & tracker management, New joiner stipend calculation based on paid days and coordination with Finance, Payroll-related ticket resolution and coordination with HR/ER teams, Attendance validation through ESSL/biometric tracking, Payroll data accuracy and timely closure. Key Responsibilities – HR Shared Services: Employee separation data management, Recruiter-wise YTD performance reporting, ER-wise YTD performance reporting, ESSL/biometric employee data upload and management, Bolt ID & password creation and deactivation, RO/Department & Process master data updates.
