WE'RE HIRING | HR / MIS MANAGER. A leading Automobile Dealership in Lucknow is looking for a skilled and experienced HR / MIS Manager to join our growing team. Position: HR / MIS Manager. Salary: Up to ₹30,000. Location: Shaheed Path, Lucknow. Preference: Male Candidates. Experience: 3–5 Years Preferred. Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & MIS, Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management, Excellent command of MS Excel/Advanced Excel, Experience in MIS reporting/data analysis & dashboards, Good knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination, Strong communication and coordination skills, Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to manage confidential employee information, Automobile/dealership experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily HR operations and employee records, Handle attendance/payroll coordination and HR documentation, Prepare daily/weekly and monthly MIS reports, Monitor team performance/targets and key HR metrics, Create accurate reports and dashboards using Excel, Coordinate with departments for data collection, Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports, Support recruitment/onboarding and employee coordination, Provide HR & business insights to management.
