We're Hiring: HR Generalist (Payroll, Recruitment & Policy). We're looking for an HR Generalist to own the full people function — from payroll and HRMS to hiring and policy. Experience: 3+ years. Compensation: ₹4.5–6.5 LPA (based on experience). What you'll do: Payroll & HR Ops — Run payroll accurately and on time, manage the HRMS, and keep employee records and reporting clean and confidential. Liaise with Finance on payroll matters and constantly look for ways to make HR processes more efficient. Hiring & Workforce Planning — Build hiring plans around business needs and budget. Own recruitment end-to-end: JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding. Track recruitment spend against budget. Policy — Develop and maintain HR policies and guidelines aligned to business needs and compliance requirements. Roll out policies clearly to employees and managers, and refine them based on feedback. Engagement — Set up regular check-ins and feedback loops, handle employee relations issues with discretion, and drive engagement initiatives. Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai.
