We're Hiring | HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance (FEMALES ONLY) (CANDIDATES FROM PAYROLL CONSULTANCY ONLY). Location: Sector 44, Gurugram. Experience: 2–4 Years. Employment Type: Full-Time. Salary: upto 40,000. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, HR operations, and advanced Excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, Validate attendance/LOP/overtime/incentives/deductions/new joiners/exits & salary revisions, Prepare salary registers/bank files/payslips/payroll reports & MIS, Handle payroll reconciliation and Full & Final (F&F) settlements, Resolve employee queries related to salary/PF/ESIC/TDS/deductions & payslips, Manage statutory compliances including EPF/PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/TDS/Form 24Q & Form 16, Ensure compliance with Bonus/Gratuity/Minimum Wages and applicable labour laws, Support audits/employee documentation/onboarding/exits & HRMS activities. Excel Skills – Must Have: Strong proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH/Pivot Tables/SUMIF/SUMIFS/COUNTIF/COUNTIFS/IF/Nested IF/Data Cleaning/Reconciliation/Payroll MIS & Dashboards. Ideal Candidate: 2–4 years of relevant payroll & compliance experience, Experience in Payroll Processing Firms/Payroll Consultancies/HR Consultancies/Corporate Payroll preferred, Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory compliance, Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees will be an added advantage, Hands-on experience with GreytHR/Zimyo/Darwinbox/Keka or similar HRMS/payroll platforms preferred, Graduate in HR/Finance/Commerce/BBA or related field, MBA/PGDM HR or payroll certification is an added advantage.
