NOW HIRING: HR ASSISTANT – TJX. Location: Union, OH. Worksite: TJX Fulfillment Center. Start Date: October 1st. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Job Type: Contract | Potential Contract-to-Hire. We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Union, OH! Key Responsibilities: Manage Leaves of Absence/Payroll & Benefits Administration, Maintain HRIS/Employee Records & New Hire Paperwork, Audit Timekeeping/Timecards & Payroll Reports, Handle Payroll Adjustments/Attendance & Employee Data, Assist with 401(k)/Insurance/FMLA & Benefit Claims, Support Employee Relations/Employment Verifications & Unemployment Processing, Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Home Office & Vendors, Assist with new hire orientations and HR administrative activities. Requirements: 1–5 years of related HR experience, High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Knowledge of Payroll/HRIS/Benefits & HR Administration, Strong communication/organizational & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word, Experience with Kronos and Workday preferred, Unionized environment experience preferred.
