What the role covers

Looking for an experienced Payroll and Compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for a PAN-India workforce. Key Responsibilities: manage monthly PAN-India payroll processing, maintain payroll master data, handle Full and Final settlements, manage EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Shops and Establishment compliance, handle salary TDS, Form 16 and quarterly 24Q filings, ensure compliance with applicable labour laws. Requirements: 6–8 years of experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance, minimum 3 years of experience handling multi-state/multi-location payroll, strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, S and E and Income Tax. Qualification: CA Inter/MBA (Finance or HR)/M.Com/B.Com/BBA.
