Role: Payroll Product Owner. Location: Remote – LATAM. Duration: 6+ Months. What we're looking for: Strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Payroll, Hands-on knowledge of payroll processes/systems and integrations, Experience translating business requirements into clear user stories/acceptance criteria and product requirements, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, Ability to manage backlog prioritization/roadmap activities/dependencies and delivery, Experience collaborating with HR/Payroll/Engineering and business stakeholders.
