What the role covers

Hiring: Payroll Analyst | Multi-Country Payroll. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations and compliance across India, Philippines, South Korea, and Luxembourg. Location: Pune. Experience: 6-8 years in multi-country payroll. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, Validate payroll inputs/calculations/deductions/bonuses/incentives/overtime/retro adjustments and terminations, Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, Manage statutory compliance/filings/reporting and audits, Partner with HR/Finance/Tax and external payroll vendors, Handle employee payroll queries and support payroll-related issue resolution, Support payroll system implementations/upgrades and process improvements. Country Expertise: India (TDS/PF/ESI/PT/LWF), Philippines (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG), Luxembourg (CCSS/Wage Tax), South Korea (NPS/NHI). Systems: ADP Celergo, ADP eTime, ADP GMV, Oracle HCM. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 6+ years multi-country payroll experience, strong Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), reconciliation and stakeholder-management skills.
