Ltd. is expanding its consulting team and looking for a Zoho HRMS Consultant with hands-on experience in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People & Zoho Payroll. Position: Zoho HRMS Consultant (Recruit, People and Payroll). Location: Thane, Maharashtra. Work Mode: Work From Office. Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Working Days: 6 Days a Week. Experience: 2-5 Years. Joining: Immediate to 30 Days. Key Responsibilities: Requirement gathering and HR process study. Zoho People & Payroll configuration and implementation. Employee, Leave, Attendance, Shift & Timesheet setup. Payroll & statutory configuration. Data migration, validation & UAT. Client demonstrations and user training. Post-Go-Live support and issue resolution. What We Are Looking For: Hands-on knowledge of Zoho People & Zoho Payroll. Understanding of HRMS & Payroll processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities.
