We're Hiring | Workday US Payroll Functional Consultant. Greetings from iBridge Techsoft! We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team and work on exciting Workday US Payroll implementation projects. Role: Workday US Payroll Functional Consultant. Experience: 8–10 Years. Relevant Experience: 3–4+ Years in Workday Payroll. Location: Bangalore. Work Mode: Hybrid. Notice Period: Immediate / 15. Key Requirements: Hands-on Workday US Payroll configuration & implementation experience, Led 2+ full lifecycle Workday US Payroll implementations, Strong experience in solution design/configuration/testing & troubleshooting, Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements with clients, Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll Security & configuration, Experience with prototypes/data conversion/migration and testing, Strong understanding of US Payroll & HR processes, Experience in client workshops/knowledge transfer and stakeholder management, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience with reporting/analytics tools and Pivot Tables. Good to Have: Workday US Payroll Certification, Workday certifications in Recruiting/Compensation/Talent/Absence or Time Tracking, Previous experience with SAP/PeopleSoft/other HCM or ERP solutions, Experience in data migration and integrations/cloud transformation projects.
