Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP US Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, S/4HANA Payroll, US Payroll, and Concurrent Employment. Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM Payroll/US Payroll, SAP S/4HANA/S/4HANA Payroll, Hands-on Concurrent Employment experience, Payroll Implementation & Post-Implementation Support, Functional Configuration & Troubleshooting, Payroll issue resolution and production support, Employee Central → S/4HANA replication, PERNR & Central Person relationship, Payroll schemas/rules & wage types. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support S/4HANA Concurrent Employment solutions, Manage primary/secondary assignments and multiple PERNRs linked to a Central Person, Configure and troubleshoot Point-to-Point replication and Compound Employee API, Analyze payroll impacts including tax/social security/benefits/deductions/cost centers and payroll results, Troubleshoot payroll calculation/master data/replication and integration issues, Support unit/integration/parallel/regression and UAT testing, Prepare functional specifications/test scripts/defect documentation and change requests, Coordinate with HR/Payroll/Benefits/Finance/Integration and Security teams, Support transport migration planning and CCB/Change Control activities.
