HIRING: Workday Payroll Lead W2. Location: 100% Remote + Monthly Travel. Work Authorization: US Citizens (USC) / Green Card (GC) only. Experience: 10+ Years. Travel: Approximately once a month; travel expenses covered by the client. Mandatory Requirements: Workday Payroll Certification is a MUST; proven experience leading a Workday Payroll implementation from design through deployment; strong expertise in Workday Payroll design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation; experience leading client meetings and driving key business decisions; ability to manage design documentation, decision documents, and RAID items. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementation activities; drive payroll solution design, tenant configuration, and implementation; lead client workshops and meetings; develop and maintain user stories and configuration documentation; manage defect resolution and implementation gaps; update design documents, decision logs, and RAID trackers. Expected Deliverables: Tenant Build; User Stories; Defect Resolution; Configuration Workbook; Business Process Workbook; Gap Definition Document Updates; Design Documents and RAID Management.
