WE ARE HIRING | U.S. TAX & COMPLIANCE. Position: U.S. Tax & Compliance Specialist. Location: Hyderabad – Onsite. Experience: 3–6 Years. Employment Type: Full-Time. Key Responsibilities: Manage U.S. federal/state & local tax compliance, Handle withholding/SUI/EIT/LST & employer taxes, Manage state tax registrations and account setups, Work extensively with ADP for payroll tax compliance, Review and manage IRS/state & local tax notices, Maintain tax notice/penalty/registration & compliance trackers, Coordinate with CPAs and tax professionals, Handle penalty abatement/waiver requests, Follow up with state tax departments and unemployment agencies, Monitor tax deadlines/filings/payments & outstanding balances, Prepare weekly compliance reports for management, Research state-specific tax requirements and resolve compliance gaps. Requirements: Strong experience in U.S. tax & payroll compliance, Hands-on experience with ADP, Knowledge of U.S. federal/state & local taxes, Excellent follow-up/coordination and analytical skills, Experience working with CPAs and government agencies.
