Role Details: Experience: 1–2 years in US Payroll Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Job code: EXL/SE/SKP/555 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Transportation: Provided, subject to transport grid eligibility Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end US bi-weekly payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP and Workday. *ADP and Workday experience is a must.* Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established controls. Validate and reconcile timesheets, overtime, shift premiums, leave balances, and attendance data prior to payroll processing. Manage Workday-to-payroll integrations via Flexspring, including monitoring interfaces and resolving data discrepancies. Handle employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle payments. Administer payroll components including deductions, benefits, garnishments, direct deposits, and tax withholdings. Support RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) taxation, payroll processing, and reconciliation activities. Perform payroll accounting functions including journal entries, GL reconciliations, accruals, payroll liability reconciliations, and month-end close support. Assist with year-end activities, W-2 processing, audits, and SOX compliance requirements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Stock Administration teams, and external payroll vendors to resolve complex payroll issues.
