We are hiring a US Payroll Analyst / HR Support (Remote – India) to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring employees have an exceptional experience from onboarding through payroll and benefits administration. Location: Remote (India) Work Schedule: Must be available for PST overlap to support our US-based team. Immediate Joiners Only What You'll Do: - Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule - Review, audit, and reconcile employee timecards - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations - Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits - Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) - Support benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries - Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding - Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle - Provide HR administrative support and assist with compliance documentation What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Administration, or a related role - Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR operations - Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding - Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Experience with ADP, Paylocity, Gusto, or similar payroll platforms is a plus - Exposure to employee benefits administration is preferred - Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred Interested?
