We are Hiring: US Bookkeeper / Accountant. Remote — Anywhere in India. Full-Time | Permanent. Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST. Immediate Joiners Only. Looking for an accounting professional with 3–5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online. Key Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, and collections. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare journal entries and support month-end close. Coordinate with US clients, customers, and vendors. Requirements: Strong accounting knowledge and QuickBooks Online skills. Excellent written and verbal English. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. US accounting or CPA/accounting outsourcing experience preferred. Work remotely with US businesses and experienced finance teams, with opportunities for long-term growth.
