We are Hiring a US Accounts Auditing Specialist | REMOTE. Career Soft Solutions is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Accounts Auditing Specialist to support our US Staffing finance and payroll operations. Position: US Accounts Auditing Specialist. Experience: 3-5 Years. Location: Work From Home / Remote. Key Responsibilities: Review and audit payroll, accounts, billing, and financial transactions. Perform independent audits and account reconciliations. Validate timesheets, pay rates, bill rates, consultant payments, and invoices. Review payroll deductions, expenses, reimbursements, and adjustments. Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and compliance gaps. Prepare reconciliation reports, aging reports, and audit findings. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Experience in Payroll and Accounts. Working knowledge of US wage compliance. Experience working with ADP or similar payroll systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
