We are Hiring | US Accounts Auditing Specialist | REMOTE. Career Soft Solutions is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Accounts Auditing Specialist to support our US Staffing finance and payroll operations. Position: US Accounts Auditing Specialist. Experience: 3–5 Years. Location: Work From Home / Remote. Key Responsibilities: Review and audit payroll, accounts, billing, and financial transactions. Perform independent audits and account reconciliations. Validate timesheets, pay rates, bill rates, consultant payments, and invoices. Review payroll deductions, expenses, reimbursements, and adjustments. Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and compliance gaps. Prepare reconciliation reports, aging reports, and audit findings. Support financial compliance and internal audit processes. Work closely with Payroll, Accounts, HR, and Business Operations teams. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Experience in Payroll and Accounts, including independent auditing or reconciliation. Working knowledge of US wage compliance and immigration-related payroll requirements. Experience working with ADP or similar payroll systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliations, aging reports, and exception tracking. Strong written communication skills for preparing audit reports and findings. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
