Catalyst Partners is looking for a detail-oriented US Accounting Specialist to manage financial accounting and reporting for U.S.-based client companies - bookkeeping, financial statements, and operational reporting using QuickBooks Online. Must-haves: U.S. GAAP knowledge, QuickBooks Online experience, strong Excel/Word skills, excellent English communication, preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations. Preferred: Experience with U.S. companies in hospitality, construction, storage or rental industries. Work from office. Working hours: 1pm to 10pm IST. 3-5 years experience.
