Our client, a prestigious and Brand Hotel Chain, is looking for an experienced Unit Finance Controller / Finance Head to lead the finance function at one of its hospitality units. Salary: ₹16-20 LPA. Requirements: 10-12 years of experience in the hospitality/hotel industry. Should have degree in MBA OR CMA. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Head or Unit Finance Controller. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, cost control, and financial reporting. Experience with hotel finance operations and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
