GoNanny is looking for a proactive Supply Operations Associate to help us build and grow our network of trusted childcare professionals. 👶✨ 🔹 What You’ll Do • Source and connect with nannies and childcare professionals • Make outbound calls and explain GoNanny opportunities • Follow up with candidates and maintain an active pipeline • Convince and convert suitable candidates to join the platform • Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation • Build relationships with referral sources and placement partners • Track daily sourcing and conversion targets • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure sufficient nanny supply 🔹 What We’re Looking For ✅ 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sourcing, staffing, placement, recruitment, sales or similar roles ✅ Strong communication and convincing skills ✅ Comfortable making a high volume of calls ✅ Good follow-up and relationship-building ability ✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment ⭐ Candidates with experience in sourcing, staffing, blue-collar hiring, worker acquisition or partner onboarding will be highly preferred. 🌟 Why Join GoNanny?
