Swish Advertising is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can open doors, build relationships, and close business. Competitive base salary + UNCAPPED RESIDUAL COMMISSION. Candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience and have either: Direct experience selling recruitment advertising, recruitment marketing, HR technology, talent solutions, employer branding, or related services, OR Established relationships with CHROs, VPs, Directors, and senior decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, HR, Employer Brand, and Recruitment Marketing.
