Location: Delhi & Noida Experience: 4+ Years Company - Stefto Industry: #BPO 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end #recruitment and #talentacquisition activities. • Handle bulk hiring for BPO processes. • Develop effective sourcing strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on business requirements. • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and joining formalities. • Work closely with Operations/Business teams to understand manpower requirements. • Track recruitment targets, #TAT, conversion ratios, and #hiring performance. • Manage recruitment reports and daily hiring trackers. • Guide and support junior #recruiters/ #TA team members. • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
