PrintMine is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Position: Senior HR Executive. Experience: 2–5 Years. Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office. What you will be responsible for: manage monthly payroll accurately and on time; handle PF & ESIC calculations, enrolment and compliance; manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & other applicable requirements; handle employee onboarding, documentation and orientation; handle salary revisions, probation, F&F settlements and exit formalities; ensure proper HR processes and compliance across the organization. What we are looking for: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience; hands-on experience in PF & ESIC is mandatory; strong practical knowledge of payroll processing; good understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws; strong communication and employee-handling skills. Priority will be given to candidates with strong hands-on experience in Payroll + PF + ESIC + Statutory Compliance.
