What the role covers

Gather and document requirements from HR & Payroll stakeholders. Lead requirement-gathering meetings and workshops. Analyse HR/Payroll processes and identify improvements. Translate business requirements into functional/solution requirements. Work closely with developers and technical teams. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong HR/Payroll technology project experience. Shift: 12 PM - 10 PM IST. Preferred: South Africa | India & UK also considered.
