We are Hiring a Senior Fund Accountant. Location: Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent. Shift: EST - US Time Zone. Industry: KPO. We are looking for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant with strong Private Equity & Fund Accounting expertise. Mandatory Requirements: CA is Mandatory. 4-5+ years of relevant Fund Accounting experience. Experience with Open-End & Close-End Funds. Strong Private Equity / Investment Fund Accounting experience. Immediate Joiner preferred. Experience in a Client-Facing Role. Experience handling a Managerial / Team Management Role. Excellent / Top-notch Communication Skills - HIGH PRIORITY. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities. Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics & IRR calculations. Review GL transactions and complex multi-entity allocation journal entries. Prepare and review account and bank reconciliations. Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
