Payroll Software / Maxpay. Attendance & Leave Management. PF & ESIC Compliance. Gratuity and Full & Final Settlement. Employee Master Data Management. Wage Register Preparation & Payroll Audit. Statutory Compliance & Employee Claims. Knowledge of Wage Code, 2019 / New Labour Codes. Education: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably MBA - HR. Skills Required: Advanced MS Excel & MS Office. Strong payroll and statutory compliance knowledge.
