Power Placing is hiring a Senior Bookkeeper (Remote) to join its team. If you have 4–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, love working with multiple clients, and want a fully remote role with an international team, this could be the perfect fit. Position Details: Full-Time; Fully Remote (International Candidates Welcome); Schedule: Monday–Friday covering US Eastern business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET). What you'll do: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate general ledger records in QuickBooks Online (QBO); reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts and investigate discrepancies; handle AP/AR workflows and support month-end close activities; create and update client-specific SOPs, process guides and step-by-step walkthroughs so the team can execute consistently; collaborate with accountants, operations, tax and client success teams while communicating professionally with US-based clients. What we're looking for: 4–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience (multi-client or agency background is a huge plus); hands-on, mandatory experience in QuickBooks Online (reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close); fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, pays close attention to detail and knows how to ask the right questions; experience with tools like Bill.com, ClickUp, Canopy, Dropbox and Scribe is a bonus.
