The role involves supporting US tax outsourcing services for CPA firms across the United States, with a primary focus on Partnership Tax, HNI taxation, Federal & State tax compliance and tax research. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Prepare and review US Federal & State Tax Returns ✅ Hands-on experience with Form 1065 & Form 1040 HNI ✅ Prepare straightforward Business Income Tax Returns ✅ Strong understanding of US Partnership Tax ✅ Perform Book-to-Tax Reconciliation ✅ Review tax documents and ensure accuracy & compliance ✅ Conduct US Tax Research & Technical Analysis ✅ Identify technical issues and escalate appropriately ✅ Stay updated with US Tax Laws, IRS Regulations & Tax Rates ✅ Manage multiple tax engagements and meet client KPIs ✅ Perform quality reviews and self-review of deliverables ✅ Interact with clients and support tax planning & consulting ✅ Contribute to process improvement, automation and technology initiatives ✅ Guide and mentor junior team members 🔹 Required Skills 🎯 2+ years of US Federal Tax experience 🎯 Strong experience in 1065 / 1040 HNI 🎯 Strong knowledge of US Partnership Tax 🎯 US CPA or EA – Mandatory 🎯 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 🎯 Strong understanding of US GAAP, IRS Regulations & US Accounting Principles 🎯 Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 🎯 Ability to manage multiple tax engagements independently 🎯 Big 4 / equivalent experience preferred 🎯 Experience with CCH / UltraTax will be an added advantage 🎯 Exposure to Real Estate / Operational Partnership Tax is highly desirable 🌟 Ideal Profile If you are a US CPA/EA with 2–4 years of US Tax experience and strong exposure to 1040 HNI + 1065 Partnership Tax, this could be a great opportunity to take your career to the next level! 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🔗 Interested candidates can apply here: https://lnkd.in/g2se74-B 📩 Know someone who would be a great fit?
