Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience; previous experience in Real Estate or a related industry preferred. What we're looking for: strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles; experience managing customer accounts, invoices and payment allocations; ability to monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments; experience preparing AR reports, aging analysis and account reconciliations; excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team.
