An opportunity is available for an experienced Accountant – Receivables in the real estate industry in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable, tenant reconciliations and outstanding rent collections; verify lease agreements and ensure accurate revenue accounting; maintain financial records and resolve tenant account discrepancies; support ERP migration, data validation and reconciliation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; minimum 4 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in real estate; ERP experience is mandatory (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred); strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes; excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
