Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records; prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries and bank reconciliation statements; handle GST returns, TDS calculations and other statutory compliances; manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow reports; monitor expenses, invoices, payments and outstanding balances; ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections; coordinate with auditors, banks and other financial stakeholders; maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations; support budgeting, financial analysis and month-end/year-end closing activities. Required Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance; 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; strong knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation; proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software; good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Preferred: Experience in handling complete accounting operations independently; good communication and coordination skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
