Royal Horizon Holding is hiring a Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounts receivable operations including customer invoicing, payment allocation, receipts, credit notes and debit notes; monitor outstanding customer balances and ensure timely collection of payments; review AR ageing reports and implement follow-up actions for overdue accounts; coordinate with the Sales Department to resolve payment issues; review and reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies; monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and credit exposure; develop and maintain effective collection procedures; prepare and review monthly AR reports, collection reports and ageing analysis; oversee month-end and year-end closing activities; coordinate with internal and external auditors; guide and support junior accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable and credit control; strong knowledge of accounting principles, receivables management and collection procedures; proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and advanced MS Excel; good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting procedures; strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
