We are Hiring a Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Role 1: Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities: Own the full order-to-cash cycle, customer billing, and collections in Salesforce. Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition. 5+ years of AR-focused accounting experience. Role 2: Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable. Key Responsibilities: Oversee invoice intake, GL coding, 3-way matching, and approval routing. Execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and manage vendor relations. 5+ years of AP-focused accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and advanced Excel.
