SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant – Remote Canada | Long-Term Contract. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support a major consulting client on a long-term implementation. Remote – Canada (EST/AST hours). 15-month contract. $100–$105/hr INC. Ideally based in Ontario, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia. We are looking for someone with: Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience. At least 2 payroll implementations, including ECP implementation experience. Advanced experience with Payroll Schema & Rules / PCRs. Deep knowledge of Payroll Integrations. Strong experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC). Complex payroll tax configuration and reporting experience. Strong understanding of HR, payroll, time tracking & related business processes. 2+ SuccessFactors module certifications, ideally including ECP. Canadian or U.S. payroll experience is highly preferred. Previous functional or technical SAP/SuccessFactors consulting experience is an asset. You will work closely with client stakeholders to design, configure, integrate and optimize SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions, supporting complex payroll requirements and implementation activities. Must be based in Canada, eligible to work in Canada, and available to work EST or AST hours.
