Zuven Technologies is hiring a SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with ABAP expertise for a hands-on role involving 70% SAP Payroll Functional and 30% ABAP Development. Location: Remote. Experience: 15+ years overall & 3–5 Years in SAP ABAP & US Payroll Functional. Key Responsibilities & Skills — SAP ABAP Development (30%): experience with CATS User Exits, BAdIs and ABAP debugging; support HRSP activities and year-end payroll processing; develop small code enhancements and updates; prepare and review functional and technical specifications. SAP US Payroll Functional (70%): strong knowledge of US Payroll including Gross-to-Net processing, wage types, taxes, deductions, benefits and payroll runs; hands-on experience with SAP Payroll SPRO configuration; understanding of US Payroll and Time Management schemas; experience with CATS and time management processes; expertise in PTP integration, SuccessFactors replication, ALE/IDoc and SAP XI/PI file transfers; troubleshoot payroll data errors, wage type issues, tax mismatches and integration failures; perform end-to-end payroll testing, reconciliation and validation; understand SAP HCM integration with Finance (FI) and Time Management; experience with SQVI, SE16, payroll data extraction and mass data uploads. Must-Have: strong knowledge of US Payroll and tax processes, payroll troubleshooting, and the ability to debug ABAP issues independently.
